Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Rodeo Convention Center website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Tickets & Purchases

All ticket sales are final. Refunds are only issued if an event is cancelled. Rodeo Convention Center reserves the right to change event dates, times, and lineups. Transferred or resold tickets may not be honored.

Admissions Tax

Rodeo Convention Center is located in Westminster, Colorado. The City of Westminster imposes a 3% Admissions Tax on all charges for admission to any event at a liquor-licensed venue. This tax applies to every ticket purchased for events at Rodeo Convention Center, including complimentary tickets which are taxable at face value. The 3% Admissions Tax is collected at the time of purchase and remitted to the City of Westminster. This tax is separate from and in addition to any applicable Colorado state and local sales taxes.

Venue Conduct

All guests must comply with venue rules and staff instructions. Rodeo Convention Center reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who violates venue policies, engages in disruptive behavior, or poses a safety risk. No outside food, beverages, or weapons are permitted.

Limitation of Liability

Rodeo Convention Center is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss occurring on the premises, except where required by law. Attendance at events is at your own risk.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
