You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
All ticket sales are final and subject to availability. Refunds are handled according to the event organizer's refund policy. Service fees are non-refundable except in cases of event cancellation. Please review event-specific terms and conditions before making a purchase.
Event organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event information, fulfillment of ticket obligations, and compliance with all applicable laws. Rodeo Events acts as a platform provider and is not responsible for event execution, quality, or cancellation.
All payments are processed securely through our payment partner Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Rodeo Events does not store your complete payment card information on our servers.
When you make a donation through Rodeo Events, you are making a direct contribution to the designated nonprofit organization. Donations are generally non-refundable. You will receive a receipt for tax purposes where applicable.

All content on Rodeo Events, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Rodeo Events is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rodeo Events, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Rodeo Events shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of Rodeo Events after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in State of Colorado.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rodeo Events regarding your use of the platform.
